Today being as Father's Day, many are out celebrating the event. As for me as I have lost my dad 4 years ago I do not need to celebrate it. As for my mum she went out with the rest of the extended family to the beach to have some fun with all the kids from my mum's side.
As for me, I slept the whole day as I needed to get some rest that I desire. Work up in the evening, cleaned the place and had my shower. Sat and watch Crime Watch on TV. After which I decided to surf the internet to learn about new things and also read up on certain things that I have missed out on. Need to keep track of the changes in the IT world.
Mum came back close to 2000hrs. Ok I will end here for today and do more updates in time to come.Have a great FATHER'S DAY.

Brother sold home
My brother has just sold his home and had gotten more the 20 grand. God knows what the hell he is doing with the money. He seems to be proud of it. At the same time he did not even bother to give mum a single cent. As for me I could not be bother about it as long as he does not step in my territorial mains.
Money is not an option for me as I could get by with what I have and least expects anything from anyone. So now that he has sold his home, he is staying with us. But my mum would want to see how long it is gonna be. She hates his attitude but I told her to give me some time before I make the necessary arrangements.
I am thinking of getting a flat so my mum could rent this flat out at 1800 a month, which would be great for sometime. I have been looking around lately for flats on sale and will be going to the HDB to get one done up soon.

The matter of a FACT
I have been hearing people many times complaining. And most of the complaints are job related. It seems that most of the singaporeans I know complaint about their jobs. I mean if you do not like what you do than get the job you want. If you could not get that job due to qualifications than study hard and get it. Don't just complain about it.
Sigh it is a pity to know that many do complain about their jobs. I love what I do. My night job helps me monitor the ships through surveillance cameras mounted on the ship. I sit back and relax most of the time. Doing this is part of security. In the morning I am an IT engineer with a reputable bank. Working in there is great as the hours are so flexible and moreover I have to look after 6 other junior engineers. Pay for both are great as it makes me save up alot of money which I put in the fix depository. I also hardly lend anyone anymore money nowadays as I believe in not lending. When you lend it is hard to get back but when you do not lend they say you are stingy or unhelpful, well as far as I am concern I am not interested in the comments they give as long as I am happy with what I have. I only help those who are genuine friends who I trust whom I know I could have lasting friendship with. Not someone who comes and goes when he/she feels that he/she needs something from you.
So the point for everyone to be happy is to get a job that you are happy with or work at your current job but with a better working attitude.Stay away from office politics and other nonsensical motives that are out to ruin others. Just accept everyone as who they are if you want to be accepted for who you are. Try to control the temper that is the most important when comes to work.

I am going bonkers
Lately there are many things that have been running in mind and sometimes things from the past comes back to me. There are many things that I would like to do but due to many restrictions in certain ways I am unable to get it done.
Firstly, I hope that Alice would someday call me as I would like to talk things out with her like how we use to get along well in the past.
Secondly, I need to get my studies done up fast so that I could leave for the states and not look back here in singapore. I still have a long way to go and I hope it could be done faster. Many tell me to marry an American as that is the fastest way in getting where I wanna go. I dont think that is the right thing to do.
Thirdly, my mum at times is not feeling too well and sometimes I need to take her to the clinic if she is unwell. Most of the time, she spends talking to her frens and sisters. I myself am not home most of the time due to work. Have been saving up quite alot of cash lately, and moreover I have no intention in lending or borrowing anyone any cash as I know when you have money, friends will appear and when you dont, they cant be found. There have been a few people who has been asking me money but I have turned them down and now it seems that they are no where to be found.Haha....seems like the saying is so true.

A 4year old's plight
I have come across The New Paper with regards of a mother of a 4 year old who needed help in finances. She stated in the papers that she needs to send her daughter for treatment in New York. After reading the details and the plight on the papers, I have put up some articles on facebook to get others to help in the donation.
Even thou I am not married, I still at times give a thought to kids who are in this condition like 4yr old Charmaine who is suffering from cancer. God helps those who help others.Every deed done is not forgotten.

The happenings for the week
These few days I had a hard time at work. Being a team leader, I had to terminate 3 persons in my department. It was not my choice as it was my manager who told me to do it and some of the guys have work longer than I have. I guess the main reason for this termination or to call it retrenchment is that their pay is high.
It is a sad moment for me to see the guys that I enjoy working with had to go. I was also not feeling well but I still went for my night job. Things also have been happening on board the ship lately. Have been kinda piss with one of the officers on board the ship. The best part was one of the workers shitted at the accommodation area. Sheesh nothing happens when I am around. Am not feeling well for these 2 days now. Have been having high fever lately, some say its due to work that I have not been resting lately.
