10 May, 2007 Suspect that you have been infected with a virus

Some of my colleagues and staffs have been infected with some virus/malware/Trojan issue,not all virus scans are similar.If anyone tells you that than I wonder what sort of IT engineer are they.I have done my scope of checks and I realized that one of the softwares will detect while the other wont,so if you think you are smart enough to come up with the correct answer than let me know why is that so,either than that "DON'T GIVE ME SOME LAME ASS CRAP BULLSHIT".

and also remember to run it under safe mode with networking (restart the computer and keep pressing the F8 button till you see the screen and choose safe mode with networking)make sure that you are running this from internet explorer and you have to install the ActiveX when there is a pop up.Once install it will do a virus scan for you and you have to wait for quiet sometime before you see the results.There are 2 scans which you should do and they are SECURITY SCAN AND VIRUS SCAN,you should choose one at the time.It will not be installed in your computer and it will not affect your present virus utility on the system.So try it out and see whether you get to find out what is in your system that has been affecting you for days.
