When you encounter the illegal relocation in your computer
Problem: Whenever you start a computer there is an error message "RTHDCP.EXE-Illegal System DLL Relocation."The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL c:\windows\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs.The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL. Solution:The error is caused by a conflict with the recent released of security update from Microsoft.Basically, 2 applications wants to occupy and use the same memory location.Details outlining the conflict along with the hotfix,is documented in Microsoft Knowledge base article here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935448
